Call counters are incremented each time a call is answered by any service they are attached to. They can be attached to more than one service if required. We suggest that you allocate a call counter to each service you run.
They can be set to operate only within a specified period which has an obvious application to voting lines.
Each new account has one call counter created with default settings ready to be attached to a service.
