A comprehensive set of reports are available to help you analyse activity on your chosen services.

report by service or number

This gives a list of calls received by a specified service or number. This list can be:

• all calls or just the top 10, 20, 50 etc
• sorted by called number, call date and time, caller number, duration, cost or revenue (with ascending or descending sort order)
• output to display or file
• only calls received in a specified period

The list gives the following information for each call:

• Call start date and time
• Called service
• Call status
• Length (s)
• Called number / PIN
• Caller number
• Cost (£)
• Revenue (£)
• Diverted number
• Diverted status
• Diverted cost (£)
• Diverted length(s)
• Total cost (£)

account activity report

This gives a comprehensive overview of activity in your services and telephone numbers:

• Account summary
• Service(s) activity
• Account telephone number list
• Call counters
• Mail boxes
• Purchases you made
• Payments
• Messages sent (emails or SMS text messages sent to you)
