This is the unique identifier for the service shown. This should be set to
something descriptive of the created service.

This shows the current status of the service. It can be set to Answer Calls
or Do Not Answer Calls. When a service is set to Answer Calls it will
be started when a call is received on the number / PIN combination attached
to it. When the service is set to Do Not Answer Calls then the attached number
will give an engaged or out-of-order tone if dialled and the service will not
be started. However, if the number is a number / PIN combination then it will
answer the call, ask for the PIN and just hang up.

This message will be played to the caller when they are put on hold. The options offered by this screen are the standard message options, combined with the ability to select a piece of music. The message if any is played first, followed by the music, both are repeated.
This message is played to the recipient (operator). It is a generally a set of instructions to the recipient on how to transfer the caller to either different :

This settings determine what service the caller can be transferred to when the recipient presses the appropriate key on his or her touch-tone phone. The box symbol on the chart shows a green tick when the menu option is attached to a service. These are in addition to the standard call transfer options availabel via the '*' key.
This is your service you wish to be called when this menu option is selected.
This option explains the use of the '*' key during the options menu. The ability
to transfer the caller to another telephone number or defined extension.
This option explains the use of the '#' key during the options menu. The ability
to reconnect the recipient to the caller, taking the caller off hold.
This message is played if the recipient presses a key for which the menu option
is disabled or any other key which is not recognised by the service. The options
offered by this screen are the standard message
options.

There are no specific settings governing the end of the call as the settings for each option determine this behaviour. The nature of the service is also important, for instance a call diversion option will always hang up.
The Call Transfer service can be included in any Callagenix Call Divert or Group Divert service. To incorporate Call Transfer into an existing service you will need to :
Create a Call Transfer Service
Go to the Call Transfer option in the service you wish to amend
Set the digit you wish to use to activate the call transfer menu – we recommend using the # (hash) key.
Set the Call Transfer service to be the one you created earlier.
