Supervisors

Supervisors are used to provide a method for non account personnel to view, supervise and maintain calls, extensions and mails. Once you create a supervisor they can access the non financial information for your account by logging in to the site at : http://super.cgxadmin.co.uk.

Once logged in they can perform the following functions :

• View calls to the account in real time
• Log in and log out extensions (and create new extensions)
• Listen to voice mails
• View incoming fax messages
• View reports in real time

By setting the Brand Name for your supervisor you can tailor the supervisor administration pages to appear as you wish.
