Information lines provide a method for the user to define a recorded message - either through a text to speech message or through recording the message and uploading to the server - and easily attach the message to an automated answering service capable of handling many calls at one time.
If a call counter is associated with the line it can be used as a voting line.
Once the service is set up then it may be operated on any style of telephone number, including Premium rate, National, Local rate or Freephone.
